Privacy Policy
Last Update: April 04, 2026
Measurable (“Measurable,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website https://measurableapp.com and the associated SaaS platform (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our Service. We are committed to protecting your privacy and operating in compliance with applicable U.S. data protection laws, Meta’s Platform Terms, Meta’s Developer Policies, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) where applicable.
By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Introduction
Measurable is an AI-powered marketing report generator that enables marketing agencies, business owners, and individuals to connect marketing data sources, upload files, and automatically generate professional marketing reports. This Privacy Policy is designed to be transparent about our data practices and satisfies the requirements for Meta App Review, including clear disclosure of Meta Platform data handling and user data deletion procedures.
Users may also disconnect Meta integrations directly from their Measurable dashboard at any time. Disconnecting an integration immediately stops future data access from the associated Meta account.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Personal Information
When you create an account, sign up for the Service, or interact with us, we may collect: your full name, email address, password, company name, phone number (optional), billing and payment information (processed by third-party providers), and any other information you voluntarily provide through support requests or forms.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Service, including IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, referring URLs, access times, pages viewed, clicks, and other usage statistics.
Uploaded Data
You may upload CSV, Excel, or other files containing marketing data, campaign details, or other business information. These files are stored securely and used solely to generate your requested reports.
Data from Meta APIs
When you explicitly authorize us via Meta’s OAuth process to connect your Facebook Page(s) and/or Ads account(s), we access data through official Meta Graph APIs. This may include Page information, ad campaign details, ad creative, audience insights, performance metrics, reach, impressions, clicks, and other analytics data permitted by the specific permissions you grant. We only access the data scopes you approve and only for the purpose of generating the reports you request.
Measurable may also access Instagram Business account analytics and insights connected through Meta APIs, including profile metrics, reach, impressions, engagement, content interactions, audience insights, and content performance metrics. This data is accessed only after explicit authorization through Meta’s OAuth permissions flow and is used solely for generating user-requested reports and analytics.
3. How We Use Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To generate and deliver AI-powered marketing reports based on your uploaded data and connected Meta data sources.
- To provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Service, including troubleshooting, analytics, and product development.
- To communicate with you, including sending service-related emails, account notifications, support responses, and (with your consent) marketing updates.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To enforce our Terms of Service, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights and the security of the Service.
Users retain ownership of all uploaded files, generated reports, and connected marketing data. Measurable does not claim ownership over user-provided content or connected analytics data.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects beyond generating the reports you explicitly request.
AI-generated reports, summaries, recommendations, and insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial, legal, tax, investment, or business advice.
4. Meta Platform Data Usage
We access, process, and use Meta Platform data (including data from Facebook Pages and Ads) exclusively through official Meta APIs and only after you have provided explicit authorization via Meta’s login and permission flow.
All Meta data is used solely to provide the user-requested functionality—specifically, to analyze your marketing data and generate automated marketing reports. We do not sell, rent, share for compensation, or otherwise monetize any Meta Platform data. We do not use Meta data for advertising, cross-app profiling, or any purpose unrelated to fulfilling your specific report-generation requests. Our use of Meta data fully complies with Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, and all applicable data-use restrictions. Upon revocation of permissions or account deletion, we cease accessing and delete any stored Meta data associated with your account.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal information or Meta Platform data to third parties for monetary or other valuable consideration.
We may share information with:
- Service Providers : Trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting (e.g., AWS), payment processing (e.g., Stripe), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), email delivery, and AI processing infrastructure. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data only for the purposes we specify and to maintain appropriate security.
- Legal Compliance and Protection: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to protect our rights, safety, or property; or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.
- With Your Consent : In any other situation where you have explicitly consented to the disclosure.
6. Data Retention
- Account and Personal Information: Retained for the duration of your active account or as long as necessary to provide the Service. After account deletion or termination, we retain limited data for up to 30 days for backup, legal, and accounting purposes before permanent deletion.
- Uploaded Data and Generated Reports: Retained only as long as your account is active and you have not deleted the files or reports. You may delete them at any time through your dashboard.
- Meta Platform Data: Processed on-demand to generate reports and not stored long-term beyond what is required to deliver and (if you choose) save the report in your account. Upon account deletion or data deletion request, all associated Meta data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
- Usage Data: Retained for up to 24 months in identifiable form, after which it is anonymized or deleted.
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
7. Data Security
We implement and maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher and at rest using industry-standard algorithms (e.g., AES-256).
- Secure servers with firewalls, intrusion detection, and access controls limited on a need-to-know basis.
- Regular security audits, vulnerability scanning, and employee training on data protection.
While we strive to protect your information, no security system is infallible. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Depending on your location and applicable law (including CCPA for California residents), you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of your personal information and associated Meta data.
- Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).
- Receive information about data sharing practices.
To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address below. We will respond within 30 days (or the timeframe required by law) and may require verification of your identity. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
9. Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of your personal information, uploaded data, generated reports, and any associated Meta Platform data at any time by emailing support@measurableapp.com. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

Upon receipt of a valid request, we will permanently delete all such Meta data from our systems within 30 days and cease any further access to your Meta accounts (we will revoke permissions where technically possible). This process complies with Meta’s requirements for data deletion instructions. If you have revoked Meta permissions directly through Facebook, we will also delete any cached data upon your request.
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service, remember your preferences, analyze usage, and improve performance. These may include strictly necessary cookies (for login and security) and performance cookies (via third-party analytics providers).
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies, though doing so may limit certain features of the Service. We do not use tracking technologies for cross-site targeted advertising beyond what is necessary for our own analytics.

If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information promptly. Parents or guardians may contact us at support@measurableapp.com to request deletion.

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
