Measurable respects the privacy rights of its users and provides a clear process for requesting deletion of personal data, uploaded files, generated reports, and any associated Meta Platform information connected through Facebook or Instagram integrations.
How to Request Data Deletion
If you would like your data deleted from Measurable, please send an email to:
with the subject line:
"Data Deletion Request"
To help us process your request securely and efficiently, please include:
Your Measurable account email address
Your Facebook User ID or App-Scoped User ID (if applicable)
The type of data you want deleted
A brief description of your request
Meta Platform Data Deletion
If you previously connected your Facebook Pages, Instagram Business accounts, or other Meta assets through Measurable, you may request deletion of all associated Meta Platform data at any time.
This includes:
Connected Facebook Pages
Instagram Business account data
Analytics and insights retrieved from Meta APIs
Stored access tokens and integration records
Generated reports based on Meta data
Please explicitly mention in your request that you want your Meta Platform data removed.
What Happens After a Valid Request
Once we receive and verify a valid deletion request, Measurable will:
Permanently delete the requested personal and platform data from our active systems
Remove stored Meta integration credentials and access tokens
Stop future synchronization or API access to connected Meta accounts
Delete uploaded files and generated reports associated with the request, unless retention is legally required
Processing Time
Deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days of verification.
Certain information may be temporarily retained where required for:
Security purposes
Fraud prevention
Legal compliance
Backup recovery obligations
Any retained information will be securely handled and deleted as soon as retention obligations expire.
